It's Fair Week!!!

It comes around once a year...

The 4H fair! Yippee!!!

On Monday night Donald took Noah to Ft. Wayne to see a band, XDeathstarX, so I took Zach & Isaac to the fair. I ended up letting them get the wrist bands so they could ride everything. They had a blast on 1001 Nights.

We went inside to check out all of the exhibits and to see how my entries did. I got blue ribbons in photography & champion in scrapbooking. Tonight we will be there all evening, Donald is in the demolition derby!

Balls or Bawls???

Here it is 11:30 and I should be sleeping. We drove back to town this evening from Chicago PSP. I am wore out, but I just had to go through and look at all of the pictures I took this weekend. I also had to post some of my favorites. I am loving the picture of Zachary & the Bawls energy drink! He looks so funny! Bawls rocked this weekend. They were giving out free drinks to everyone! But I don't know that it is a good idea to let a 6 & 8 year old drink them all weekend along with eating sugar...it makes for very hyper children!

Saturday was very wet. And very cold. Why didn't we learn from last year to bring sweatshirts and rain gear? I don't know, maybe you don't expect the end of June to be so cold. I do know next year we will not be paying $30 for an umbrella, we will be bringing one from home!

So I didn't get any good pictures of our friends, Team Worthless, playing but I did loose my voice for them. It's a full time job being a sideline coach, you can not be a photographer too!

After Worthless was done we spent the rest of the day watching the pros play. That is where I had fun with my camera! Here are some of my favorite shots of the Ironmen, Dynasty & X-Factor. Enjoy!

Sometimes you wonder if you really have friends. Last night that is what was going through my head as I sat at my party waiting for someone to show up. I waited and waited...then it happened! Two wonderful girls showed up. IDK what happened to the other 18 that I invited. I guess that is what happens when you try to do something in the summer. To be exact, the FIRST day of summer! Well, we had a good time anyway. It was a double party, my sweet friend Shelly had a dozen of her friends there. Did I mention that Shanny Fanny was the consultant? It was her first ever Tastefully Simple party and she did a great job! And boy was the food good! I can't wait to get everything I ordered.

We leave tonight for the wonderful windy city. Chicago PSP (for those of you who don't know that is a HUGE paintball tournament) will be going on all weekend. So be prepared for my next post...PAINTBALL PICTURES!!!!

I have an addiction..

So I was asked, "Do you wear jewelry?". My answer...Umm...YES! I got to looking at my stuff and I realized I have a major jewelry addiction. Then I got to thinking about last week on vacation, I packed a bag of just my jewelry...I was gone 7 days and packed a whole bag of nothing but necklaces, bracelets & earrings! I know...I am crazy...

I woke up today sad...

The alarm clock was extra loud today. Or maybe it wasn't. Maybe it was the fact that today was my first day back to work after a wonderful vacation in Alabama & Panama City. I didn't want to get up. I didn't want to go to work. But, I guess if I want to go on another vacation I have got to earn a little cash!
Life was good last week, I got to visit my grandparents & relax on the beach. What else could you ask for?

Today was Maddy's 9th birthday bash! Yes, I did say 9! What a big & beautiful girl she is. I had to take pictures of the birthday girl, but my special treat was taking pictures of little Toni, Maddy's cousin.
